Simply Home began with a simple conviction: Pagosa Springs deserves better property management than it had. The hot springs, the mountains, the river — they draw the kind of guest who expects everything to be right. And most of the time, it wasn't.
We built Simply Home to close that gap. A local team, real accountability, elite standards applied without ego — because the work is what matters, not the recognition for doing it.
Today we manage 30+ properties, list on 20+ booking channels, and operate through Hostfully and Breezeway — purpose-built tools for serious property management. Every property is managed the same way: as if it were our own.

Represents property owners across the portfolio. Oversees maintenance, task management, Breezeway operations, and property standards. Elec's lane is making sure every property performs the way its owner expects it to.
